How Bikes Under Book Value handles account, listing, payment, messaging, alert, and moderation data.

Information collected
We collect account details, subscription status, listing and contact information, photos, messages, saved searches, notification preferences, reports, staff actions, device/session data, and basic security logs needed to operate the marketplace.
Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by our site database. We retain Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, charge, transfer, and status identifiers needed for billing and the site-specific partner split.
How information is used
We use information to publish and moderate listings, deliver private messages and alerts, provide support, prevent abuse, operate billing, enforce rules, and improve reliability.
Public listings exclude private email, phone, VIN, source links, and management tokens. Approved phone numbers and outside source links are revealed only to trialing or paid members.
Service providers and choices
Hosting, database, file storage, email, push notification, valuation, marketplace-data, and payment providers process information for the service. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood.
Users may change notification preferences, cancel membership, remove listings, and request account or privacy assistance. Final contact details and jurisdiction-specific disclosures must be added before launch.
